Local SCORE association seeks volunteer counselors

The local SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" Association invites active or retired business owners, executives or professionals to consider joining as volunteers to counsel start-up and in-business clients.

For more than 40 years, SCORE has been the premier, free business counseling and advice serve in the U.S. with 389 offices nationwide including the local SCORE office co-located in the Small Business Administration office in the South Dakota Technology Business Center.

SCORE's counselors provide business advice and valuable resources for entrepreneurs to start and grow their own small businesses. SCORE counselors offer real-world experience gained from owning their own business or serving in management positions. Counseling services are offered at no cost as a community service.
