Change for parking ongoing Workers, residents and visitors to downtown Sioux Falls will continue to see changes in parking options and availability in the coming months.
A major development will be the eventual tear-down of the river ramp along 9th Street and the Big Sioux River. Later this month the City could have an announcement about the future of the ramp site and a tentative date for its teardown.
